It's unfortunate that two events likely to appeal to traditionalist Catholics are on in different parts of Dublin tomorrow (Saturday 21st) at 1 pm. The GK Chesterton Society has a meeting at the Central Catholic Library. Archbishop Dermot Martin is saying an EF High Mass for the Catholic Heritage Society at the Capuchin church in Church Street (behind the Dour Courts) to be followed by the CHS AGM.

RR Reno, editor of FIRST THINGS will speak at the Catholic Central Library at 1 am on Thursday next (26 Ianuary) on ReChristianising Society. He is giving a similar talk to the Iona Institute in the Davenport Hotel at 8 pm that evening. Should be worth hearing - if you can't make one time perhaps you can get to the other.
