I am proposing four categories for Churches which have been modified in the Archdiocese of Dublin since the liturgical changes: good, indifferent, medicre and bad. Feel free to argue with me and to add your own:

Indifferent - Merchant's Quay (OFM); Whitefriars St (OCarm); Our Lady of Lourdes, Sean McDermot St; St Anne's, Bohernabreena
Mediocre - St Mary's Pro-Cathedral; St Vincent de Paul, Marino; Westland Row; St Mary's (parish church), Maynooth
Bad - St Saviour's, Dominick St (OP); St Mary's, Tallaght (OP); St Mary's Oratory, Maynooth College

When you mention Gardiner Street do you mean it is still physically beautiful? I hope so, for I had to fight hard not to leave their gospel Mass one night when the priest had us put our hands in the air and pray like we were trees in honour of earth day or something. Seriously. Don't judge that book by its cover.
In line with your thread, Berkley Road under the Carmelites is gorgeous, Fairview's Visitation under the Conventual Franciscans wouldn't be bad if they pulled the carpet up, lovely Adoration chapel there open every evening, busy too.

Gardiner St is at it's best when there are few people in there.

Gardiner St radiates with Ignatian spirituality, which is usually missing in the liturgies in that church.
