Perhaps catholicfaithsaver will enlighten us as to who the Catholic Pope is?

Who dem fellas you mentioned? As for notions of "electism" I'll leave that to the "faith alone" fellowship of Kardinal Bradiski and his co-equal Protestant laymen. Please explain to me what is an ecumenical blessing? No don't. I wander.
Now I do not mind at all you and Hibernicus mocking me but be very careful about mocking the words of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the holy sacrifice which he instituted and also be very careful about mocking the Apostle Saint Paul who warned us about these times, the operation of error, the man of sin, the non stop lies which would almost fool the elect, and the abomination of desolation which would result from the strength which would be given by God to the forerunners of Antichrist against the continual sacrifice.
Oh, and the question still stands. Is the pope a Catholic? He is your pope after all. Surely, you have the guts to defend him and his supposed catholicity.

It's not a difficult concept - only one man is universally recognised as Pontiff of the Universal Church. He is so because he succeeded to that position by proceedures established centuries ago. He may make prudential mistakes; he may even sin - all Popes have had this problem. But he remains Pope.
Now if any of the alternative Popes out there is in fact the successor of Peter, tell us so and tell us how. And if the See of Peter is vacant, explain clearly how it is to be filled. If you can do neither, stop trolling on this site.

Amazing. Truly amazing. Let's leave off the "holy stuff gives me the creeps". Anyway, it seems to be New Ordo Saeclorum priests who have trouble with holy stuff including the holiest creature of all - the Blessed Virgin Mary. For me it is the complete lack of anything holy in the Novus Ordo "Church" that gives me the creeps. I once thrived on Holy stuff every Sunday of the year at the greatest thing this side of heaven.
Now stand up like a good soldier of Christ and answer the question. Is the man known as Benedict XVI a Catholic?

Ok - the Pope is Catholic - that is guarranteed.
Now, "catholicfaithsaver", enlighten us. Is Benedict XVI the pope?
If not, who is? And if no one is, please state this.

I await "catholicfaithsaver"'s answer with bated breath. There is an interesting item on sedevacantism in the Stramentarius column in the latest Brandsma Review. Could there be a connection between "catholicfaithsaver" and the "Holy Family monastery" in New York, I wonder?

Someone has read the BR!
Given that 'catholicfaithsaver' is spouting Feeneyism but hasn't heard of Fr Feeney (Fenneyism sine fine?), I suppose it is possible.
BTW, I rarely heard Michael Davies loose his temper and criticise another traditionalist group - (then) indult, SSPX or sede - to the point of condemnation. He made a great exception to this rule in the case of the Servants of the Holy Family.

I'm not mocking the words of Jesus - Catholicfaithsaver is when he declares the gates of Hell have prevailed against His Church. Has Catholicfaithdenier ever heard of the concept of reasoned argument? I haven't seen him practising it so far.
